The Great Place to Work Trust Index™ Survey invites employees to rate their experiences at Alltru by responding to a series of statements on a five-point scale, along with open-ended questions. Commonly, employees used words like “people,” “community,” “love,” “care,” “events,” “experience,” “family,” “good,” and “members” to describe their work environment at Alltru. These qualities set Alltru apart from other credit unions, creating a uniquely supportive and fulfilling experience for its employees.
