Our institution offers video banking services which allow you to conduct various financial transactions as if you were in a physical meeting with one of our specialists. You can establish new memberships, make changes to existing accounts, apply for loans, and perform several other tasks with ease. However, if you intend to open a business account, we recommend scheduling an appointment to visit one of our local branches. Nevertheless, we can assist you with your banking needs on both personal and established business accounts. Please note that if there are specific tasks that we cannot assist you with virtually, our team will be happy to guide you in the right direction when such cases arise.

Please note that Video Banking services will be available during our regular business hours. It is important to keep in mind that in the event of an unforeseen closure of the credit union, our Video Banking service will remain operational, allowing us to provide virtual assistance to our valued customers.

Our video banking services do not support physical check deposits. However, our team of video bankers is well-equipped to assist you with the enrollment process for SnapDeposit. This service allows for electronic check deposits, providing a convenient and efficient alternative to physical deposits.

To access video banking services via the web or cellular device, it is essential to ensure that your camera and microphone are in good working condition. We are pleased to inform you that all our Alltru branches feature a video banking kiosk available at all our locations for your convenience.
