How to Use Bill Pay

Managing your bills just got easier. With Alltru’s convenient Bill Pay service you can securely pay your bills online anytime from anywhere. Use Bill Pay to stay on top of important payments like utilities, your mortgage, car insurance, and to even send money to an individual. It’s fast, secure, and accessible 24/7 through digital banking.


How to Use Bill Pay with Online Banking

Step 1: Log into your online banking account and go to the Transfer and Pay menu and then select Pay a Company or Person from the dropdown.

Step 2: You will be taken to the Bill Pay dashboard. From here, you will add your payee and schedule your payment. Click the Continue button.

Step 3: Select your payee from the list or search for the company in the search bar. If you are paying a person, click the Pay a Person tab.

Step 4: To pay a company, enter and confirm the Payee account number and click the Submit button.

Step 5: To pay a person, choose the method you want to use to send your money by toggling the appropriate button. Then click the Next button.

Step 6: Fill out the required fields with the payee’s information. Then click the Next button.

Step 7: For your payee to access the transferred funds, they will need to access our site. Create a password to share with your payee. Then, click the Next button.

Step 8: When sending money to a first-time payee, you will need to activate the payment. Choose to receive your one-time activation code by phone or email.

How to use Bill Pay with Mobile Banking

Step 1: Open the Alltru CU app and click Bill Pay from the bottom menu. You will be prompted to add a payee. Click the Add a Payee button.

Step 2: Select whether your Payee is a Business or a Person.

Step 3: To pay a company, enter and confirm the Payee account number and click the Add Payee button.

Step 4: To pay a person, enter and confirm the Payee account number and click the Add Payee button.

Step 5: You will be asked to verify your identity before the payee can be added. Click the Send Code button to receive a verification code.

Step 6: Enter the code you receive into the blank field. Then click the Verify button.

You will receive a confirmation message to show that the payee was successfully added.
