  • Signed Operating Agreement
  • Fictitious name registration if operating under a different name than the name on the Articles of Organization
  • Beneficial owners and control information
  • Certification of EIN from IRS
  • Articles or Certificate of Incorporation
  • Fictitious name registration if operating under a different name than the name on the Article of Incorporation
  • By-laws

In addition to these documents, you will need your valid government issued photo identification. There is a minimum of $1 to open a savings account and a minimum of $200 to open a business checking account.
