Alltru’s Member Referral Program for Employees

Bring Members, Reap Rewards!

Refer a friend, family member, or a stranger—anyone who’s ready to join Alltru—and you’ll both pocket some extra cash!

How to get started!

You have two ways to participate in the employee referral program. You can either hand out physical referral cards or share with your friends and family digitally via social media or email.

Referral Cards

  1. Sign up for your employee referral cards by submitting the online form below and you’ll receive your cards in interoffice mail within 2 weeks.
  2. Don’t forget to write your referral code (aka your 3 or 4-digit teller number) on your cards.
  3. Start passing your cards out!

Digital Sharing

  1. Download our Social Media Content.
  2. Personalize the content (aka add your teller code referral number) to the post.
  3. Start sharing!

How to earn cash!

Once the potential member has your card they can decide between two new member offers (Get50 or Get300).

REMEMBER: The member will need to use both your referral code AND the offer promo code on their application to ensure that you both get your bonus.

Show me the money!

For every person that you refer that becomes a new member (and completes the qualifying activities) you’ll earn a $50 bonus!

  • Your bonus will be paid out on your paycheck that comes out on the 15th of the month. It will be for all incentives that were earned the previous month.
  • The new member will be paid out within 15 days of completing the qualifying behaviors for their offer.

PLEASE NOTE: This program is not meant to take the place of any internal referral goals/processes that are already in place. It is intended for staff to use when they are off site with friends and family and think someone could benefit from becoming an Alltru member. The cards should not be handed out at the branches for normal business. This program is optional and not mandatory for employees to participate in it.
