FAQ: Changes to Your Alltru Credit Union Checking Account

1. What is changing with my checking account?
Starting on December 1, 2024, the name of your checking account will be updated to Basic Checking. If you have a Free Checking account, rest assured, your account will still offer the same great features and benefits. If you currently have a Checking Plus or TailorMade Checking account, the APY of Basic Checking is 0%, but still offers all the great features of no monthly maintenance fees, no minimum balance requirements, 30,000 free ATMs and free mobile deposits, just to name a few. 

2. Do I need to take any action regarding this change?
No action is required on your part. Your account will automatically transition to Basic Checking on December 1, 2024. Your account number, direct deposits, scheduled payments, and other details will stay the same, so you can continue to manage your account as usual.

3. Will my account number or other account details change?
No, your account number, direct deposits, scheduled payments, and other details will remain the same. You can continue managing your account without interruption.
