Deletion Request

In compliance with Google and Apple’s requirements, Alltru Federal Credit Union provides a method for users to request the deletion of their mobile app accounts. If you want to have your mobile app account deleted, please contact Alltru using one of the following methods:

  1. Call 636-916-8300 and speak with an Alltru representative about mobile app account deletion.
  2. Email us at contactus@alltrucu.org with the subject line “Mobile App Account Deletion” and request the deletion of the mobile app account.
