How to Manage Account Alerts and Notifications

Setting up account alerts and account notifications are a great way to stay up-to-date on your finances and account activity.
 

With online and mobile banking, you can choose from a wide variety of alerts including automatic transfers, direct deposits, balance alerts, insufficient funds, check clearing and more. It’s also great way to get immediate information on any suspicious activity on your accounts. You can select email notifications or push notifications on your mobile device.


Online Banking Instructions:
 

Step 1: Log into your online banking account.

Step 2: Once in the dashboard, locate your profile on the top right and select Settings from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Click the Notifications tab under Settings.

Step 4: Under the Notifications tab, you can manage all your account alerts. Turn your desired notifications on by moving the on/off slider button. You can then select to receive email and/or push notifications.


Mobile Banking App Instructions:
 

Step 1: Log into your account on the Alltru CU Mobile Banking App.

Step 2: Select More from the menu at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2: Select the icon on the very top right.

Step 3: Tap Notifications to manage all of your account alerts. Turn your desired notifications on by choosing the alert, select Change, then moving the on/off slider button. You can select to receive email and/or push notifications.
